Detailed Product Description

Matt Hardener (TP68)

1. Specification 
Appearance: Fine white powder 
Purity: ≥ 99%
Melting range: 200-225c

2. Application MATT HARDENE TP68 is used for pure epoxy resin \ epoxy\ polyester hybrid powder coatings to achieve coatings with matt surface having excellent mechanic quality and wonderful appearance. 

3. Application reference formula
Curing condition: 180c 20-25 minutes 190c 10-12 minutes 200c 8-10 minutes

4. Notice MATT HARDENER compatibility with resin isn't well for its high melting point, to avoid this default it's necessary to distribute them or to make the curing temperature at a higher level. In case of epoxy\polyester hybrid powder coatings, the polyester should be low acidity. Before achieving the ideal gloss and multiple characteristics tests are needed. 
5. Storage: The storage period could last a rather long time when it is kept inside the sealed container. Do seal the container again after taking some from it.
